Welcome to Mega Storage World. By accessing our website (https://www.boatstoragewi.com/), requesting a quote, or utilizing our storage facilities operated by H & J Property Management LLC at 6 260th Street, Osceola, WI 54020, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Storage Period & Pricing

Seasonal winter storage runs from post-Labor Day through May 1.

Rates are calculated at a flat rate per linear foot ($15/linear ft per season), measured tip-to-tip (including hitches, bow stops, motors, and overhangs).

Full season payment is due upon reservation or drop-off unless alternative written arrangements are made.

2. Access & Facility Usage

Customers enjoy 24/7 access to their stored items.

Customers are responsible for maintaining safe operation when maneuvering vehicles on the property.

3. Vehicle Requirements & Owner Responsibilities

All stored boats, RVs, campers, and trailers must be fully insured by the owner against loss, theft, fire, or weather damage.

H & J Property Management LLC (dba Mega Storage World) does not hold insurance for customer property stored on-site.

Vehicles must be in safe condition, free of hazardous leaks or dangerous materials.

4. SMS Communication Terms

By opting in to receive SMS notifications via our quote request forms, you consent to receive text messages from Mega Storage World (operated by H & J Property Management LLC) regarding your storage quotes, account updates, and customer support.

Message frequency varies based on customer interaction.

5. Limitation of Liability

H & J Property Management LLC (dba Mega Storage World) shall not be liable for damage resulting from natural acts of God, weather extremes, unauthorized third-party actions, or customer negligence.
